The membership is welcome at Admin and Planning meetings. So if you can attend please feel free to do so. Although these meetings are designed for planning purposes, and generally the membership does not have the opportunity to participate, good ideas are always welcome. In addition, it is a good way for you to see how the management team works and have an opportunity to become better informed about the inner workings of the group. This can also provide you advanced notice on upcoming motions or proposals, which in all probability, will be discussed during a future Membership meeting.
